EPP102: Moravian Star EPP class - Nov 18 & 20

In this class you will learn how to fussy cut, baste, and sew the Moravian Star.  There are 2 nights for this class which include the following skills:

Class 1: fussy cutting your fabrics, basting fabrics to shapes

Class 2: sewing your shapes together

Both evenings I will share tips and tricks and show and tell of the many things you can create with English Paper Piecing.

You need to bring the following items to both classes:

- 6-12 fabrics at least 1/8 yard each

- Glue for basting - I recommend the Sewline Glue Pen

- Embroidery Needles with a sharp end

The Moravian Star pattern includes papers to make a small, medium, and large star.

Instructor Name:
Ann Baker
Instructor Bio:
In 2000 I attended an introduction to quilting class and I have been obsessed with all things "quilting" ever since. I love making bags and teaching others so they can overcome their fear of zippers and challenging patterns. Several years ago I took an Intro to EPP class and it has been my preferred hand work craft ever since.
